The Story Behind AISPIRE MD
AISPIRE MD was created to transform skincare into something deeper: where cutting edge science meets the soul of nature. With my background in biochemistry, I wanted to create products that combined the latest biotechnology, dynamic botanicals, and a delivery system so advanced it could carry bioactives deeper into the skin, so that we could go beyond surface beauty to truly restore, heal, and transform. I collaborated with Korean developers and together, we set out to reimagine what skincare could be.
The journey over the last two years was demanding and provocative. Late nights, utilizing AI to research ingredients, formulations and packaging to overcome obstacles in a commitment to deliver a dream. However, what I discovered was that every challenge became an opportunity to invent and to create something more elegant and eloquent than what we had first envisioned. In researching essential oils, I found a company that distills the fragrant oils via the ancient French process of enfleurage. This method is hexane free and maintains the scent of rare and delicate flowers. This sublime concept is a pivotal representation of our products.
Slowly, the vision crystallized into reality. Every formula is crafted with purpose-wild Pacific Salmon DNA at the highest clinical concentrations, luminous serum powered by 2MNG, and synergistic botanicals-designed to heal, brighten, and revitalize. With each formula, we refused shortcuts. Every oil, every botanical, every ingredient was chosen with a purpose: to be grounded in published science and tested for safety and efficacy. Today, I am gratified to say that all AISPIRE MD products are professional grade, cruelty-free, paraben and hexane free, and designed with sustainability in mind.
But beyond the science, what mattered most was the emotion, the moment when someone looks in the mirror and sees that their complexion is not only improved, but vibrant and rejuvenated. I wanted AISPIRE MD to help people feel as radiant on the outside as they are within.

Dr. Grace Liu, MD
Dr. Grace Liu, MD, is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She earned her medical degree with honors from UC Irvine, completed an internal medicine internship at UCLA, and returned to UC Irvine for her Dermatology residency. She is on staff at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach.
Dr. Liu is also a Fellow of the American Society for Mohs Surgery and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and a member of multiple professional societies in cosmetic dermatology and laser medicine. She has served on advisory boards for Allergan, BTL Aesthetics, and Zeltiq (CoolSculpting Elite), and conducted clinical trials for Solta Medical.
Quoted in publications such as Modern Aesthetics, Coast Magazine, and Newport Beach Magazine. With over 28 years as a Mohs surgeon, she brings surgical precision and an artistic eye to aesthetic dermatology—blending science, artistry, and patient collaboration to enhance natural beauty.
